thats is your problem...I dont have hability to get missing file, I only share books that in my opinon are interesting, with my personal touch: HD cover, Acrobat 11 profesional compilation (minor size, best original quality, without keys pdf files, funtional links, direct download etc etc)

if for you this a problem, sorry is your problem-not my problem or problem for others members of this place.
