It turns out that this many GB archive contains also articles from similar journal:
Journal of Molecular Structure: THEOCHEM
They have different prefixes of DOIs (hidden in PDF titles), but it makes additional work with ordering this mess......

Afaik, there is a Journal by the name of JMS-Theochem

Everything is clear now.
The journal is published as J.Mol.Struct. or J.Mol.Struct.THEOCHEM. Volumes listed in the first journal should be not listed in another (I did not pay attention to it earlier)
On sciencedirect site some articles are listed on both journals. It made me confused, but these articles are the same (but they have different DOI numbers and different PDF titles).
btw. one missing article found so far: p235/v167 (attached)

I had problems with the archive too - but I assure you that it is complete, and that it will extract perfectly.
My problem was that one part did not have the same md5 checksum as that listed in the .txt document - and so whilst the files joined and opened ok, upon extracting it said that there was a problem with the encryption.
Ensure that all of the parts have downloaded in full - by checking the file sizes. If the file sizes are correct then check the md5 checksum of the individual parts.
The archive is fine and complete. Thank you to Дед Мороз for the collection. I hope that you get it to extract properly; I imagine that you have one or two parts that have not downloaded properly. It is really a great effort, and very much appreciated!
