I had the original file but I couldn´t find it because it was uploaded on megaupload, and you know what happened with that.
I found one version with 503 pages three days ago without Front Cover so I put them together and then I reuploaded on mediafire, but you just published right here
that´s why I tell you : Thank you. I think the reason(in my case) that we publish books is to share with other who need. like my case too.
if the files have password is because to not forget my nickname chester87. I couldn´t registered here with that nickname.
