Спасибо за помощь. Но к сожалению регистрация на Гигапедию закрыта, и получить ссылку на оставшиеся части книги не получилось.

В части книги из вашей ссылки присутствуют только статьи начинающиеся с первых 2х букв алфавита (A,B). Поэтому вопрос остается открытым.
