Жутко хочется узнать, что они там такого отчебучили, о чем другие и не подозревали...This was a classified work when it was first done during the period of 1961 to 1964. It was declassified only very recently. The lecision to publish this paper and the detailed papers later on in he open literature at this late date (after one fourth of a entury!) is based upon the fact that, after perusing the chemical Abstract up to 1990 thoroughly, we find that this method is still unique among the various methods of the reparation of diborane published so far.
