The Russian research center Kontrakt Ltd., specializing in the development of solar cells and a new type of polarizes and compensators for LC displays, is looking for a highly qualified Technical Director having a degree in Organic or Colloidal Chemistry.
Age: 40-50
Salary: Very high ($4000 depends on the interview results)
Work experience: 10 years
Job description:
Project strategy development;
Team management;
Determination of the target molecular structure;
Elaboration and control of synthesis process, test results;
Reporting.
Skills:
Management skills are obligatory;
Possess a good knowledge of organic or colloidal chemistry;
Research experience;
English (Written/oral);
Education:
PhD in Organic chemistry;
Preferably MSU (Moscow State University);
Personality:
Organized;
Goal oriented;
Rapidly develop in-depth understanding of company’s internal processes;
Ability to work under pressure;
Team player.
