Вопрос по EndNote

Всем доброго времени суток!

Вопрос у меня такой: есть ли у кого-нибудь из участников форума скрипт позволяющий, при помощи текстового редактора, вставить "Lable" для каждой ссылки в библиографическом файле, который я экспортировала из EndNote. Причем вставляемый "Lable" должен генерироваться автоматически, используя имена авторов, первые, например, три слова названия статьи и год выхода статьи.
Чтобы было понятно, я пытаюсь конвертировать библиотеки EndNote в BibTex. К сожалению, у меня не везде проставлены "Lable" , а поскольку каждая из пяти библиотек содержит от 1 до 3 тысяч ссылок, в ручную их проставить довольно сложно. И, как я поняла, в самом EndNote это сделать автоматически невозможно. Поэтому, как мне кажется, можно внести исправления в экспортированный .bib файл, но тоже не в ручную.
Возможно существуют и какие-то другие способы, буду признательна за помощь!

Как я понимаю, чтобы, например, в JabRef, экспортировать библиотеку с прикрепленными pdf нужно чтобы для каждой записи в файле .bib было указано примерно так:
