Здравствуйте!
Может кто подскажет. Сколько стабилен преднизолон в физ. растворе? Интересует конкретное время устойчивости.

2,5% и 3,0% растворы для инъекций в апулах по 1 мл, в упаковках по 3 и 50 ампул, состава (на 1 ампулу): преднизолона гидрохлорид — 0,025 г (0,030 г), спирт бензиловый — 0,008 г, 1,2-пропиленгликоль — 0,6 г, вода для инъекций — до 1 мл;
Срок годности препаратов преднизолона: ампулы — 2 года.

Prednisolone is not expected to undergo hydrolysis in the environment due to the lack of functional groups that hydrolyze under environmental conditions(1). Predinsolone contains chromophores that absorb at wavelengths >290 nm(1) and therefore may be susceptible to direct photolysis by sunlight. A suspension of 100 mg of prednisolone in 500 mL water was irradiated by a solar simulator for 4 hours; 60% was transformed into six photochemical derivatives, including 1,4-androstadien-11beta-olo-3,17-dione(2).
