Идентификация по спектрам ПМР ИК

Уважаемые коллеги!! Буду вам безгранично благодарна за подсказку в какой литературе можно посмотреть значение величин ЯМР, ПМР, ИК - спектров для идентификации фенилбензоата. Или вообще подскажите пожалуйста литературу или атласы по ИК И ПМР спектрам.
