The above links did work and give complete files when i downloaded all of them. You might need to try new version of 7-zip to uncompress the file.

The most possibly some 7z file is damaged. In this case, unpacking can give unpredictable errors.
For each 7z file, md5 sum is given. You have to generate these sums on your side, from your downloaded files. Given sums and sums generated from your files should be equal.
If for some file md5 sums are not equal - file is damaged and should be redownloaded.
Md5 generators are freely available. I often use "md5summer" program to generate such sums.

it takes 1.5 hrs to download one .7z

You have time for downloading saparate volumes and have no time for re-downloading few damaged files (maybe only one) -it is wasting the time. But it seems that you accept it, instead of comparing md5 sums ( taking few minutes). Your choice, I cannot help it.

compared and found 10 of files have different md5
downloaded 4 times single .7z giving different md5 each time.
what to do in this condition????

It is not good.
Try another Internet Service Provider.
Try turn off anti-virus, it can interfere.
