1.Eastern European Sourcing: Know and understand existing and developing supplier infrastructures – develop Robust Supplier Relationships
2.HM Category Ownership: Lead the procurement of a number of HM Raw Material categories. e.g. AntiOxidants, Oils
3.Strategic procurement – ‘C’ raw materials: In close cooperation with the Procurement Managers within Europe, define and implement, the “C” Raw Material procurement strategy. To include driving all the necessary approvals for alternate materials and ensuring security of supply by taking appropriate actions to minimize supply risks.
4.Supply Chain and Manufacturing – ‘C’ raw materials: In close cooperation with inter-related functions, work to enhance the strategies delivering a holistic improvement for the business. (batch preparing pallets etc)
