Provide aggressive sales in Russia.
Manage distributors activities in order to help them in achievement of agreed targets and sales results.
Facilitate business growth.
Within the segment identify opportunities for business growth in Russia, such as new customers, application, development projects etc.
Build trusting relationship with external and internal parties including suppliers, industry associations & institutions, distributors and customers.
Give daily assistance to customers and distributor regarding different aspects.
Organize and assisting the daily job as supply chain and logistics, scheduling and supporting the line trials and/or product testing on the production lines of customers.
Report arising issues to the dedicated persons /groups and propose and execute solutions.
Develop leading edge knowledge on market situation and competitive offering.
Requirements:
Technical Degree or Degree in Chemistry (preferable).
Commercial/sales background at least 1 year experience of sales to industrial segment.
Fluent Russian & English are a must. Other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel through the Russia up to 60% 0f time.
